Position Overview

The Service Delivery Specialist will play a key role in managing the implementation of hardware and software components of solutions within the framework of innovative projects in the field of Smart City and AI. The tasks include interaction with stakeholders, planning, coordination of execution and closure of work at all stages of the life cycle of solution components.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Survey of interested parties (stakeholders), collection and analysis of requirements.
• Formation of a work plan for the components of the hardware and software solution.
• Setting tasks for performers for each component of the hardware and software solution.
• Monitoring the completion of tasks, deadlines and quality of implementation.
• Maintaining and updating the project status, regular reporting.
• Preparation of closing documentation and participation in the delivery of the project to the customer.
• Interaction with technical and business teams, as well as external contractors.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience in managing or supporting projects with a technical/engineering component.
• Understanding the life cycle of hardware and software systems.
• Systems thinking and task management skills in a multi-component environment.
• Ability to interact with technical specialists and business representatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in IT, engineering, systems analysis or project management.
• Project management certifications.
• Proficiency in task and project management tools.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Delivery Manager, System Analyst or similar role.
• Participation in projects with hardware and software components, preferably in high-tech or urban infrastructure projects.
• Experience in preparing project and reporting documentation.

Skills:

• Strong communication, organization and coordination skills.
• Ability to quickly immerse yourself in a technical context and adapt to changes.
• Attention to detail, ability to structure information.
• Proficiency in process visualization tools.
• Confident knowledge in the field of IT / engineering solutions.
