Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in an engineering leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and delivering complex AI-driven products.
• Strong technical expertise in backend and frontend technologies, including Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven product development in e-commerce.
• Experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
