About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented SEO Specialist to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategies across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, well-versed in the latest algorithm updates, and has a proven track record of driving high-intent organic traffic that converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic search visibility and rankings.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.

  • Optimize website architecture, content, internal linking, and other elements to improve search engine crawlability and user experience.

  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, keyword-optimized content aligned with search intent.

  • Build and manage effective backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority.

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates and industry best practices, and proactively adapt strategies.

  • Perform technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.

  • Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
  • Audits & Optimization: Perform comprehensive site and page audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic changes that enhance performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience with demonstrable results.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, semantic SEO and how SEO fits into the overall digital strategy.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

  • Expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (from an SEO perspective).

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Strapi, Magento, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, design, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs certifications.

  • Experience with international/multilingual SEO.

  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.

  • Understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and how SEO interacts with them.

  • Experience in SAAS or B2B SEO strategy.
