About the IT Hub at Nestlé
Conversational AI (CAI) is rapidly transforming how businesses interact with consumers, offering opportunities to capture deeper customer insights, create innovative and engaging experiences, and potentially generate new solutions for the business.
The CAI Product Group will define, design, develop, and operate a unified CAI platform for all Nestlé markets and brands, accelerating time to market and optimizing costs for new CAI initiatives. This platform will enable Nestlé businesses to engage in intelligent conversations with consumers, gather rich insights, and integrate seamlessly with their business and consumer applications.
The Consumer CAI Product Group is currently looking for a Conversational AI Technical Product Owner.
Position Summary:
As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of key components of Nestlé's enterprise-wide CAI Platform. You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle of Nestlé CAI platform components, ensuring their delivery in accordance with agreed APIs, specifications, quality standards, security requirements, and scheduling targets.
You will also collaborate with other technical specialists to address complex technical challenges, and ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of CAI solutions.
