We work with customers to understand their needs in API Security, implementing solutions for maximum impact. Customers rely on our platform for their infrastructure, and implementations start with an open-ended scope. You'll apply your problem-solving, creativity skills to help map APIs, assess exposure & driving impact for customers.

Partner with the best

You'll solve technical and business problems, assess alternatives, costs and consequences, and present to stakeholders. You'll learn new technologies and cloud stacks, and even develop integration tools yourself. You'll make many decisions independently, within a team that supports and challenges you as you develop.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering & understand detailed customer requirements & infrastructure (cloud and on-premises) deeply
• Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists & track progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Adapting to complex, changing business environments to deliver valuable solutions to enterprise customers
• Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations
• Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel
• Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution, upskill on new technologies and API integration points

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (or equivalent certifications)
• Have 6+ years experience in a technical capacity as a vendor for large enterprises
• Have prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer facing role
• Have 2+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, Load Balancing, NGINX
• Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Have prior experience with API development, API Gateways, WAF Containers (Kubernetes & Docker), Infrastructure as Code (Helm, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform)
• Command line interfaces and scripting (shell, python), deploy pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible)
