Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in SaaS B2B growth stage companies to lead the development and execution of our Fintech Marketing Compliance Gen AI product. This high-impact role requires a combination of strategic thinking, customer obsession, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a pivotal role in achieving key success metrics for a growth-stage company, including 3x year-over-year ARR growth, a strong, positive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) while maintaining a high NPS score with a strong base of happy customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from discovery and strategy to execution and growth – for a Fintech Marketing Compliance SaaS B2B product.
• Define and drive the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a strong GTM strategy that drives adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, industry regulations, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and differentiation.
• Leverage AI/ML capabilities to build intelligent automation and predictive features, working closely with data scientists and engineers.
• Measure impact and success through data-driven insights, continuously iterating to improve product performance and user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management for SaaS B2B products.
• 2+ years in a growth-stage startup, thriving in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and impact-first approach.
• AI product management experience is a strong plus, particularly in applied AI, ML, and automation.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline).
