We’re very proud of our achievements: In July 2024, we secured a $200M investment led by General Atlantic to help revolutionise women’s health, and became the first purely digital consumer women’s health app to achieve unicorn status! 🦄

We’ve had 380M+ downloads, have over 70M monthly users, are #1 by installs in the iOS Health category, hit 4.9 stars on the App Store (3M+ reviews), are backed by 9 VCs, had a 40% revenue increase last year, and topped a valuation of $1B.

We’re a growing, ambitious HealthTech business building the essential digital health partner of tomorrow to empower women, girls, and people who menstruate with the knowledge and support they need to stay well and live better.

Our cycle, ovulation and pregnancy tracking, educational content and anonymised community platform have been trusted for years by millions to help them feel more in control of their health every day. Now, we’re harnessing the power of data analytics and AI to build a smarter future, one where we all know our bodies better, with an aim to become the essential health partner to women worldwide.

The Job

We're searching for a visionary Data Scientist to strengthen our Marketing Analytics function. As a key expert in this space, you'll transform how we understand user behaviour, optimise acquisition strategies, and drive sustainable growth. This isn't just an analytics role—it's an opportunity to influence key business decisions alongside our leadership team directly.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

Working at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy, you'll:

  • Redefine Marketing Measurement by designing sophisticated attribution frameworks, building marketing mix models, and running experiments that cut through the noise to identify what truly drives performance.
  • Bridge Product and Marketing by analysing the entire user funnel from acquisition to retention, providing data-driven recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, product journeys, and features.
  • Shape Predictive Modeling by collaborating with ML engineers to influence methodology selection, feature engineering, and performance evaluation of models that reveal lifetime value of users, enabling smarter investment decisions.
  • Uncover Hidden Patterns within user behavioural data, campaign touchpoints, and conversion journeys to develop nuanced customer segments and behavior profiles that power personalised marketing strategies.
  • Drive Experimentation by collaborating with performance marketing teams on experiments, lift studies, and incrementality tests that continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Challenge Assumptions by bringing data-driven insights to strategic conversations with senior leadership, including direct collaboration with our Director of User Acquisition, CMO, Analytics and Finance leaders.

Your Experience

Must have:

While we value adaptability over a perfect match, you likely bring:

  • A track record of applying data science to solve marketing challenges, with meaningful experience building predictive LTV models and marketing mix models that inform strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical foundation in statistical methods, experiment design, and data modeling techniques—all applied specifically to marketing performance optimisation and channel mix interpretation
  • Technical proficiency with Python and SQL, ideally with experience working in Databricks environments
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and marketing analytics platforms (we use Looker)
  • An intuitive understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and the metrics that matter across different channels
  • The ability to translate complex analyses into compelling narratives that influence decision-makers
  • A collaborative mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments where you'll work directly with product, marketing, finance, analytics, and engineering teams
