Are you ready to make a powerful impact in the public sector with your expertise in data and analytics? Our AI & Data team is on the lookout for a dynamic Manager or Senior Manager who thrives on challenges and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. What You'll Do:

 

• Guide Leadership: you help public sector leadership teams on where and how to invest in data and analytics for maximum impact. In this way you leverage upon data to make a significant contribution to the public interest.
• Shape Strategies: you craft comprehensive data and/or analytics strategies (i.e. identification and prioritization of use-cases, fueling business cases, creating a roadmap and strategic plans, …).
• Master Data Governance: you drive the value of data governance (i.e. articulating the value of data governance, improving the curation and quality of data, managing data as a strategic asset).
• Deliver Insights: you design and create user-friendly solutions that provide insights from both structured and unstructured data, enabling governments to make informed decisions.
• Build Future Ecosystems: you support the development of cutting-edge data ecosystems of the future helping governments to exchange data with all relevant stakeholders powered by state-of-the-art data platforms.
• Champion Sustainable AI: you develop innovative AI (including Gen AI) solutions for long-term societal impact, focusing on ethical governance and transparency to gain trust from all stakeholders involved.

You will:

 

• Be a trusted advisor for our clients in the government & public sector regarding all our offerings in artificial intelligence and data
• Be eminent in the society about the trends and developments in data, analytics & artificial intelligence
• Define, guide and advise clients in developing data & analytics strategies
• Develop implementation roadmaps and business cases that ignite transformation
• Setup sustainable (Master) data governance organisations and processes
• Support strategic studies and insights on the topic
• Design and build solutions powered by data and AI
• Coach, guide and nurture junior consultants in the team
• Support business development strategies and compelling proposals to our clients.

• Passionate: You believe in the potential value of data and analytics to transform public organisations and society.
• Inspiring Communicator: You can clearly articulate your expertise and inspire clients with your innovative vision on the impact of data.
• Experienced Professional: You have 7-12 years of relevant experience in the domain of data and analytics.
• Proven Expertise: You have a track record in areas like data and/or analytics strategy, information architecture, data governance, BI, AI, big data, generative AI, data spaces, data migration to cloud, trustworthy AI, data literacy, or data communities, studies on data and analytics.
• Government Savvy: You have experience working with government and public services (Federal, Regional, Local, non-profit). Experience in supranational or working for EU is an extra advantage.
• Leadership & Management: You excel in consulting or key account management and are comfortable leading teams of up to 10 people.
• Interpersonal Skills: You interact well with people at all levels and can translate requirements into practical roadmaps and sustainable solutions.
• Lifelong Learner: You’re eager to grow professionally, a self-starter, and also a strong team player.
• Excellent Communicator: You possess strong communication skills and can conduct workshops and interviews in a multinational environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in either Dutch or French is essential, with additional skills in the other language being a strong advantage, allowing you to engage with a wider client base. Within Deloitte English skills are a prerequisite.
