Description

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Team Lead to spearhead the development of our dual-core technology: autonomous AI agents and cutting-edge video generation. Your team will create the infrastructure that enables both our intelligent agent ecosystem and our video generation platform, creating solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of our intelligent video platform that seamlessly integrates AI agents with video generation capabilities.
• Deploy AI agents capable of creative analysis, content optimization, and autonomous decision-making.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance agent capabilities and video generation models.
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Develop APIs and services that enable seamless interaction between AI agents and our video generation pipeline.
• Drive technical decision-making at the leadership level, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Recruit and develop top engineering talent to grow your team.

Requirements

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with Node, react and typescript deployment in production environments
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
• Track record of leading successful technical projects and mentoring engineers
• Experience with high-throughput data processing systems
