We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI-driven technologies to build powerful and scalable applications. While full-stack engineering will be at the core of this role, we’re looking for someone who is curious about AI and ready to explore AI tools to enhance development workflows, automate tasks, and deliver new product features.

As a key member of a dynamic sprint team, you will contribute to the development of AI-powered features for our platform. If you have a keen interest in AI, working with large language models (LLMs), and accelerating development cycles, this is the perfect role for you.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and services using PHP, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies.
• Leverage AI tools, such as Cursor, ChatGPT, and LLMs, to optimize development processes and feature delivery.
• Build and integrate AI-driven features, utilizing techniques like dynamic prompts, fine-tuning, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with advanced models like GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5, Claude 3, and Mistral.
• Integrate image and video generation models like Stable Diffusion XL and DALL·E 3, alongside multimodal AI models such as Gemini 1.5 Flash, GPT-4o-Vision, and Claude 3 Opus.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and incorporate the latest innovations into the product.
• Work in a sprint-based agile environment, ensuring timely and efficient feature delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform’s AI capabilities and scalability.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with proficiency in PHP, Python, and Node.js, along with experience in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of AI-driven development tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and other LLMs.
• Ability to fine-tune and control AI models to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong interest in exploring and implementing AI technologies in software development.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Comfort with rapidly adopting and experimenting with new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in building AI applications or recommendation engines using the latest AI technologies.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and other advanced AI techniques.
• Experience working with A/B testing platforms or analytics tools.
