Responsibilities:
Analyse data originating from multiple sources across our products: telemetry, user behavior, audit logs, clickstreams. Identify gaps in our data coverage and drive the efforts to fill them.
Communicate findings to stakeholders and equip them with the tools (e.g. dashboards) to discover more on their own.
Develop machine-learning models and algorithms to serve both internal and external needs.
Collaborate with engineers to develop production-level code and contribute to the entire model deployment lifecycle.
Contribute to developing internal standards, processes and tooling for leveraging data and AI.
Collaborate with Product to ensure seamless integration of proposed solutions into existing features.
Minimum Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline AND 3 years of relevant industry experience OR the equivalent of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Excellent analytical skills and SQL proficiency.
Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts.
Data engineering experience – big data, ETL, data modelling.
Experience in the full model development lifecycle, including hosting models in production.
Proficient in programming and scripting in Python.
Intentional communicator – uses inclusive language whenever possible, communicates data science concepts to colleagues of all backgrounds, uses technical vocabulary judiciously and with intention.
Proficiency in English, including advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and operate with a high level of autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Bayesian statistics and causal inference.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Azure offering, with emphasis on ML and analytics products.
Legal industry experience, or interest in the legal industry and justice system.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
216 000 and 324 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
