You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll dive deep into our data to uncover insights that drive business decisions, optimize performance, and help shape the direction of our strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Marketing, Finance, Revenue or People to deliver impactful analysis and data-driven recommendations.

Your Day to Day: 

• Translate complex business questions into data analysis plans;
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools;
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Work with datasets using SQL or Python to extract and analyze data;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights;
• Drive data quality and data governance best practices;
• Partner with data engineering to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.

You Have & You Know-how: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math);
• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role;
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools;
• Experience tools for data analysis and modeling;
• Proven ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect data to business outcomes;
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift (nice to have);
• Knowledge of forecasting or predictive modeling techniques (nice to have);
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or other data pipeline tools (nice to have).
