What You'll Do:

• Drive UI Innovation: Design and build scalable, AI-powered UI components and interfaces that offer personalized, adaptive experiences for users.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, high-performance frontend solutions.

• Leverage AI in Development: Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into UI development, from generative design tools to AI-assisted interactions that improve usability and engagement.

• Optimize UI Performance: Lead efforts in frontend performance optimization, implementing strategies such as lazy loading, code splitting, and intelligent asset delivery.

• Implement Best Practices: Adhere to modern frontend development methodologies, including writing clean, maintainable code and following accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG).

Required Technical Skills and Experience:

• Frontend Expertise: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency with TypeScript for scalable UI development.

• AI-Powered UI Development: Experience integrating AI-driven solutions like intelligent layout adaptations, real-time personalization, and predictive UI elements into frontend applications.

• Design Systems: Extensive experience working with design systems (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind) to create reusable and consistent UI components.

• Performance Optimization: Expertise in frontend performance, including techniques to minimize render cycles, reduce reflows, and optimize asset delivery, with a focus on AI-based enhancements.

• Cross-Platform Compatibility: Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and techniques to ensure consistent UI rendering on all major browsers and devices.

• Accessibility: Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience using tools to ensure accessibility compliance.

• UI Testing: Hands-on experience with automated UI testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar tools to ensure robust and reliable interfaces.

• Build Tools: Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and module bundlers for efficient development workflows.

• Required Experience:

• Experience: 4-6+ years in UI/front-end development, with at least 2 years working on large-scale web applications or enterprise-level platforms.

• Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing interactive UI designs, performance optimizations, and your ability to integrate innovative features.

Desirable Additional Skills and Experience:

• Motion Design Expertise: Experience with motion design and animation libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lottie to create interactive, engaging UIs.

• Backend Collaboration: Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., .Net, Node.js, Python) to ensure smooth frontend-backend integration and optimization.

• Generative Design & AI: Experience with AI-driven UI enhancements such as generative design tools, AI-assisted interactions, or personalized user interfaces.

• Prototyping Tools: Experience with design prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to collaborate on innovative design solutions.
