In this role, you'll be integral to building the most powerful recruiting search engine in the world. Your efforts will empower users to search more efficiently and discover the most relevant candidates. A typical day includes fine-tuning search attributes in the morning, analyzing search performance in the afternoon, and finishing up by refining prompt engineering to enhance our collaborative search chatbot.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimizing: Translating research findings into actionable improvements, enabling users to find the best fit candidates
Conducting Research: Perform thorough research to gather industry, market, and competitor data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve search optimization.
Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions and NoSQL queries to collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to uncover valuable insights.
Supporting Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to recognize patterns and trends that inform business strategies, driving improved customer outcomes.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn research findings into actionable solutions that support broader company objectives.
Reporting and Communication: Translation of findings and insights effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in research, data analytics, and talent acquisition, applying new knowledge to your work.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
HR or technology background, with exposure to generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Deep seek) Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, bonus points for NoSQL or SQL expertise.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations. Research capabilities with great attention to detail and an ability to dig into data for deeper insights.
Proven experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support business goals. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
WORK EXPERIENCE- 1-3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS -A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
