We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Agenforce Solution and Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, focusing on the Agenforce platform and overall Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce products and platforms, particularly Agenforce, with the ability to deliver solutions that meet business needs while aligning with industry best practices.

The Team
Our Digital Success Engineering team is an interdisciplinary mix of distributed software engineers, architects and engineering managers working collaboratively to build Unified Experiences for our Trailblazers. As customer zero, we drive innovation by harnessing Salesforce technology to create and easy and expert self-service experience that fuels Trailblazer Success.
The Role
In this role, you will architect and drive the development of easy and expert human + agent experiences using Salesforce Agentforce, DataCloud and other Salesforce platform capabilities. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Solution architecture lifecycle, from conceptualization through production. As a motivated individual/leader with a point of view, you will define standard methodologies and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and other cross-functional teams to deliver the Customer Success experiences.
