Educational Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree - MBA is desirable.
Key Responsibilities: - Support sales of agricultural spraying drones to farmers, FPOs, SHGs, dealers, and government agencies. - Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in closing sales. - Build relationships with agriculture department officials, cooperatives, and rural entrepreneurs to drive adoption. - Conduct cold calls and follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to ensure conversion. - Identify and onboard local dealers and distributors in key agricultural states. - Participate in agri expos, trade fairs, and rural outreach programs to create awareness. - Maintain customer data using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports. - Assist in tender submissions and government procurement processes related to agri-drones. Required Skills and Experience: - Passion for sales and understanding of the agriculture sector. - At least 1 year of experience in the agri drone industry is highly preferred. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. -Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language skills are a plus. - Open to frequent travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and field trials.
