Our Program Managers drive engineering program teams, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. They define, develop and deploy technical roadmap solutions that meet internal customer needs.

Partner with the best

You will manage the execution of technical programs for internal customers. Your tasks will include leading cross-functional teams in their planning, development and implementation. You will also be providing ongoing support of system roadmaps.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional program teams through the formulation and execution of program plans and strategies.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks, stemming from various technical challenges, including integration points, architecture dependencies, and resource constraints that could impact timelines or program outcomes.
• Demonstrating skills in communicating program and project statuses to all levels of the organization.
• Supporting engineering teams, managing backlogs, resolving issues, and managing changes in the roadmap
• Creating well-crafted messages to build consensus and/or enhance collaboration both inside and outside of the division
• Supporting operations and continuous improvement of released systems, taking ownership of their performance and user adoption until they reach full maturity and stability

• Have relevant experience
• Have experience as Technical Project/Program Manager working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Have extensive experience in identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone
• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
• Be able to inspire people at all levels of the organization without formal authority
• Have experience with, or have the capacity to quickly learn tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha
