Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
Monitor production data KPIs and assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements
Compare performance of software releases and identify bugs
Present your findings to the Engineering and Customer Service teams
Support automation of data analysis and reporting using Excel
Assist in maintaining and improving data accuracy and integrity
What skills we’d like you to have:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
Attention to details and focus on quality
Ability to learn fast
Basics of SQL is a plus
Experience with BigQuery, Grafana or Looker Studio is a plus
