1. Proficient in the company's products, according to customer needs, organize demand research, and formulate industry solutions;
2. Participate in customer business exchanges, program explanations and demonstrations;
3. Responsible for the preparation of product information and the production of product promotional materials;
4. Be good at digging out industry problems and pain points, and analyzing the common demands of customers;
5. Test the product, and continuously iterate and optimize the entire product process to improve efficiency
6. Flexible working hours support the needs of European and American customers to ensure the high-quality delivery of customer products.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, economics, e-commerce, computer science or related fields
2. Have 5 years or more of experience in financial product solutions, excellent document writing and presentation skills;
3. Proficient in using various office software such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google, and other collaborative office software.
4. Possess good proactive learning awareness and learning ability, good team spirit and cooperation awareness, strong communication and organizational coordination skills, patience in problem-solving, and strong adaptability;
5. Strong enterprising spirit, career ambition, and sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure.
