Job Description: Technical Project Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage the installation and integration of CCTV systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our values of quality and customer satisfaction. Your empathetic approach will help foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood, met, and final delivery is made effectively on time. 
• Utilize technical acumen and drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project roadmaps, establish milestones, and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee all phases of CCTV project implementation from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and integration of CCTV systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress while addressing any concerns or issues with empathy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security systems.
• Act as the primary liaison with infrastructure vendors, ensuring quality-driven, SLA-compliant service delivery.
• Evaluate CCTV project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions, establishing comprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team while identifying crucial installation timelines.
• Establish and oversee support & maintenance framework for deployed smart city solutions, ensuring high availability, uptime, and performance.
• Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.
• Action item tracking, issue management and task prioritization.
• Cultivate a supportive environment for team members by valuing their input and encouraging professional growth.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly in Analytics, Security or Surveillance systems.

• Proven experience in project delivery, particularly in the Analytics and/or AI-driven projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and strategic foresight.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across teams.

Ideally, you’ll also need 

• Willingness to international travel at least 50% as required by the role, based on business needs and project requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of current developments in analytics 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and system integration.
