In this role, you will lead a team of growth marketers who launch campaigns to help Meta’s advertisers grow, drive our applied AI and prompt engineering approach, and develop our role-based marketing strategy.Manager, AI & Role-based Growth ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and grow a team of growth marketers to deliver business results. This includes people management responsibilities such as mentoring individuals, recruiting, training and onboardingDevelop role-based marketing strategy and campaigns that drive adoption of advertising best practices and revenue growthDevelop prompt engineering and applied AI approach for scaled marketing including developing QA process, evaluating models, and building intake process for requestsPartner with martech, product and engineering teams to develop and integrate AI technology into marketing workflowsDesign and implement test plans to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and applied AI initiatives, with a focus on revenue growthBuild productive working relationships with leaders across Meta teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales, business development, marketing operations, data science, content, martech, etc)Creates a healthy team environment centered on impact, transparency, individual and business growth, and funCommunicate effectively to all levels of the organization including executive leadership and through regular business reviewsMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree8+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of increasing responsibility2+ years experience building, leading and/or coaching teams1+ years of experience in prompt engineering and/or implementing LLMs/generative AI tools to deliver measurable ROI for marketing use casesExperience applying ML concepts such as NLP, GenAI, and RAG to solve business problems, with demonstrated success in leveraging GenAI and LLM solutions to enhance marketing outcomesExperience in performance marketing with knowledge of channels like email, Facebook and Instagram ads, in-product notifications, etc, as well as an understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketingExperience working with analytics/data science teams to define metrics and design experimentsExperience working with marketing technology, eg: marketing targeting and delivery infrastructure, reporting, AI tools, etcProven leadership experience including influencing and communicating direction across teams.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of the generative AI landscape, and Meta’s advertising and AI products For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
