The ePlane Company is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of our electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments (production, operations, and facility management) to ensure the smooth functioning of electrical systems.
• Identify areas for energy efficiency improvements and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace facility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems is a plus.
• Understanding of safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in electrical maintenance or industrial safety.
• Experience in handling high-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of energy management and conservation techniques.
