About the role

We are looking for an exceptional scientist to join a dynamic and fast-paced team to help support our Marketing efforts focusing on Generative AI. As an ML I Scientist, you will apply your modeling skills to drive innovation and leverage Gen AI on a wide variety of problem spaces including, but not limited to bidding for online advertising, customer modeling, experimental design, revenue optimization, attribution, recommendations, content & creative. Your work will drive innovation and contribute to the overall growth and success of the machine learning team. You will have access to the newest development tools and huge data sets. You will deploy your solutions online and be able to observe the impact of your work in real time as you help the company grow.

In your day to day, you will collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team, including other ML scientists, analysts, product managers, and engineers to build ML powered solutions and solve concrete business problems. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your projects and to find new opportunities and problems where machine learning could be applied to improve the business.

What you will be doing

• Participate in the design and deployment of GenAI solutions to solve a variety of core business problems across the Marketing area.
• Seek out new opportunities to apply GenAI in the Marketing space.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.
• Prototype, evaluate, deploy and maintain new models in production
• Design A/B tests and analyze their results
• Communicate progress and interpretation of model output/performance to technical and business stakeholders
• Participate in the determination of next steps for each project

Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics.
• Solid foundation on data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Gen AI projects is a plus.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
