We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

Role Overview

We are looking for an an experienced Legal Counsel to own and manage our commercial legal work, focusing primarily on SaaS contracts and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, reseller, NDAs, and vendor contracts.

• Partner closely with sales, customer success, and leadership to streamline deal execution.

• Help build scalable legal processes, playbooks, and templates for our GTM and partnerships teams.

• Provide legal advice on contractual risk, data privacy, IP, and regulatory issues relevant to enterprise software.

• Serve as a trusted partner to the founders and leadership team on strategic legal matters.

Must have

• 5–7 years of legal experience, with a mix of training at a leading law firm and in-house legal team (ideally in a fast-growing tech company).

• Strong experience with B2B SaaS contracts and complex commercial negotiations.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

• Excellent communication, judgment, and commercial instinct.
