We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager who can build long-term relationships with our clients, deeply understand their needs, and ensure they get exceptional value from our partnership.
Own and grow relationships with founders, CTOs, and talent heads at fast-growing startups and scale-ups.
Act as a trusted advisor — not a salesperson. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure smooth delivery by aligning internal teams with client expectations.
Write clear, professional emails and never miss a follow-up.
Keep CRM and reports always up-to-date and accurate.
Over-communicate (in a good way) so clients always know what’s happening.
2–5 years of experience in client/account management, preferably in tech services, staffing, or SaaS.
Exceptional English communication — both written and verbal.
Great with emails, follow-ups, and managing multiple conversations at once.
High ownership mindset. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
Strong understanding of how tech startups function and hire.
Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.
