Responsible for the design, development, maintenance of automated information insights tools, AI model training, and daily information processing (collection, screening, refinement, tagging, summarization, impact analysis, report generation). Ensure the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of the tool.
Develop and debug service/client-side code using Python, and deploy/maintain the tool on Linux systems.
Design, deploy, and maintain the tool's databases, and implement client-side data query capabilities such as fuzzy matching, categorical queries, and aggregate queries.
Optimize and train AI models by integrating APIs like DeepSeek/OpenAI to enhance the tool's AI capabilities and improve the accuracy of insights.
Drive productization and internal company promotion of the tool.
Your areas of expertise
Proficient in web development technologies (HTML/JS/CSS) with experience in web architecture design. Hands-on experience in web scraping projects is preferred.

Skilled in Linux environments, database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Python programming.
Experienced in AI model training/tuning using OpenAI/DeepSeek APIs. Prior LLM (Large Language Model) project experience is a strong advantage.
Solid background in server/client-side development, including server application deployment and maintenance.
Proficient in written and spoken English as a working language. German language skills are a plus.
