About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director of Product Management-AI/ML (Healthcare Intelligence Platform) to lead our Healthcare Data Intelligence Platform, with a strong focus on AI/ML-powered insights and automation.This critical role of Healthcare Data Readiness in AI Advancement will define and own the vision, roadmap, and execution of advanced analytics and intelligence products built on our healthcare data platform.You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare data, machine learning, and product leadership, building solutions that impact population health, clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and beyond.

A Day in the Life

• Implementing AI-driven solutions requires high-quality data, significant infrastructure investment, and skilled personnel. Gaps in these areas can delay or derail AI initiatives
• Define and drive the AI product vision, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify emerging opportunities in AI and prioritize initiatives with strong user and business impact.
• Lead a team of product managers across multiple AI-focused initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
• Partner closely with AI/ML research and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge capabilities into scalable products.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, and customer feedback loops for AI-first features
• Understand user pain points and identify how AI can deliver differentiated value.
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI development practices are embedded into the product lifecycle.
• Define success metrics and track performance of AI products.
• Communicate product plans and performance to executives and stakeholders.

 What You Need

• Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle — from model development to deployment and monitoring.
• Proven experience leading product teams in AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics-heavy products
• Strong technical foundation; ability to work closely with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Strategic thinker with execution bias — capable of operating at 10,000 feet and in the weeds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform product management is a plus.
