We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Content Strategist to join our team. This role is central to Lusha’s thought leadership initiatives and will play a crucial part in driving engagement and brand awareness through quality content that resonates with our audience. How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and thought leadership in the sales intelligence space.
  • Create high-impact content that positions Lusha as an industry leader, elevating our brand’s presence in the sales intelligence and tech landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, sales, customer success, etc.) and external stakeholders to extract key insights, trends, and stories.
  • Transform complex technological concepts into engaging, digestible content for diverse audiences, ranging from blog posts, white papers, and case studies to videos, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to content formats and distribution strategies, especially around AI and its intersection with sales.
  • Manage and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO, audience preferences, and business goals.
  • Regularly measure and report on content performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in a tech environment, preferably within SaaS or sales intelligence sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technology, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, compelling way.
  • Experience creating content related to AI and emerging tech trends is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to extract insights from internal and external sources and translate them into valuable content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create multi-format content (text, video, podcasts) that drives engagement and awareness.
  • Highly organized, curious, and self-driven with a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content strategies and measure success.

Preferred experience:

  • Background in writing about AI, data intelligence, or sales technologies.
  • Familiarity with content distribution strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in managing content creation processes with cross-functional teams.
