The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) leads CommBank’s data, analytics, and AI acceleration to enhance customer and employee experiences. This role in the CDAO Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE) reports to the CoE Lead, working alongside a team of motivated engagement and change practitioners.
In this role, you will lead the AI acceleration chapter of change practitioners supporting their capability, performance and overseeing high-quality change outcomes.
Do work that matters
Responsibilities include:
Understand and manage people-related benefits and risks of change/s
Engage and support stakeholders within the AI Acceleration office and supporting streams
Guide the development, planning and execution of integrated change strategies to cohesively manage people impacts
Oversee change transition through communications, coaching, training and reinforcement initiatives
support team members with the development of high-quality change artefacts
Work closely with the engagement lead to craft compelling messaging
Report on and or showcase change management effectiveness through agreed cadences, governance documentation, metrics and data
Lead a team of change practitioners including direction, skill building, coaching, risk and issue resolution, engagement
Implement a consistent way of operating across the chapter aligned with the CoE standards
Collaborate across the CDAO Transformation and Change CoE to build a performance culture where everyone feels engaged, supported and valued.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Experience in data and or AI transformation programs and projects
A thought leader with exceptional transformational change capabilities
Advanced in complex change planning and delivery
Understanding impacts of change and business drivers in Technology
Customer and stakeholder focussed
Ability to move between strategy, execution and people management daily
Proven track record in people leadership and complex large-scale change delivery
Able to consult, influence, coach and drive change with and through all stakeholders
Proven track record in complex change planning and delivery
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
Sound understanding of and experience in working in Agile
