We're looking for a business operations analyst to join our Business Analytics team. You'll build frameworks and measurement methods to speed delivery, boost team readiness, and assess business impact. If you love challenges, collaboration, and uncovering insights from data, join us!

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and Optimizing Request Pipelines - Ensure transparency, prioritization, and strategic alignment across organizations.
• Defining and Tracking Success Metrics - Develop and maintain KPIs to measure product adoption, deployment impact, and pipeline health. Provide clear, actionable insights
• Analyzing product data with Tableau, Looker Studio, and Jira to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities.
• Creating Dashboards and Reports - Build intuitive dashboards and reports to increase visibility into pipeline performance, feature delivery, and customer adoption
• Collaborating across teams - Work closely with Product, Engineering and Services to align on roadmap planning and delivery readiness and ensure effective execution across teams
• Advocating for Strategic Customers -Represent the voice and priorities of strategic accounts throughout planning and delivery cycles.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role, in the Cyber or SaaS industry.
• Demonstrate deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets, derive insights, and develop clear actionable recommendations
• Be proficient in analytic tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Jira or similar platforms.
• Be good at presenting data and insights clearly to diverse teams, including Product, Engineering and Services.
• Understand how to align data-driven insights with company goals to drive meaningful impact
• Be a self-starter with a focus on improvement, detail, and self-motivation in a ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
