About the RoleÂ
We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and impact-driven Automation Engineer to join our Customer Operations team in Lithuania. Â
Your mission? Identify, build, and deploy automated solutions to eliminate repetitive manual work, streamline processes, and improve visibility across our tooling landscape. From crafting Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards to scripting internal tools and enhancing system integrations - you’ll be working with both in-house and third-party platforms to make IT run smarter, not harder.Â
This is not your average automation gig. You’ll have the freedom to explore different technologies, suggest new ideas, and work closely with teams that are building and running critical global infrastructure. You won’t be locked into rigid processes - this role is about enabling change and making an impact from day one.Â
The compensation package is from 2500 EUR to 3500 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.Â
In This Role, You Will:Â
- Design, develop, and maintain automations that support our Network Operations Center and Core Infrastructure teams (e.g., alert enrichment, ticket handling, reporting workflows).Â
- Leverage tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Python scripts, and other AI/automation platforms to reduce manual effort.Â
- Build integrations between internal systems (e.g., AWS, Confluence, ticketing platforms) and external client platforms (e.g., change management systems).Â
- Collaborate with team leads to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.Â
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal tooling that interacts with cloud infrastructure (e.g., automated AWS environment scans and reporting).Â
- Document solutions, create user guides, and provide light training when needed to hand off tools other teams.Â
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:Â
- Some experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, etc.)Â
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and general IT operations.Â
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Â
- Comfortable working independently, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions with minimal hand-holding.Â
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll be working across multiple teams with varying levels of technical expertise.Â
What Will Make You Stand Out:Â
- Experience building Power BI dashboards.Â
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, or infrastructure-as-code tools.Â
- Previous experience working in IT support, analytics, DevOps, or SRE-adjacent teams.Â
- Familiarity with ITSM systems and integration workflows.Â
Why Join CUJO AI?Â
- Flexible Work – Hybrid or fully remote options based on your location.
- Team Gatherings – Annual company events and team activities.
- Career Growth – Training bonuses for AWS certifications and other learning opportunities.
- Performance Bonuses – Company-wide annual bonus program.
- Referral Rewards – Earn up to €1,000 for referring new hires.Â
