Responsibilities
1. Responsible for discovering and analyzing product requirements, as well as designing product functions;
2. Continuously explore user needs for product innovation, plan product development and functional planning reasonably, and coordinate and promote the implementation of product functions;
3. Responsible for the overall and detailed design of product interface and interaction, promoting the continuous improvement of product interaction experience;
4. Plan and manage project progress, promote technical implementation of the project, and control the quality and efficiency of project implementation;
5. Guide and manage product designers, build high-quality UI&interaction teams;
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of work experience in Sass products, fluent in spoken English;
2. Familiar with SAAS mode, have a good intuition for website usability design and user experience, and pay attention to details;
3. Strong planning ability, sensitive to products and operations, clear and organized thinking;
4. Familiar with the iterative development process of products, from product design, UI design, development, testing to launch;
5. Strong skills in writing product requirement documents and team communication and coordination, driving product development iteration work;
6. Proficient in Google suite (Gmail, Documents, Drive, GMeet), experience in using Confluence, Jira, Slack, and Miro is preferred.
