About Us

We’re launching a new company that helps public relations agencies integrate AI into their daily workflows—saving time, scaling smarter, and staying ahead of the curve.

Our services include a training course and done-for-you implementation, and we’re looking for a sharp, strategic AI Workflow Consultant to help us build the backend magic. We will first create these systems for my agency, document and then create workflows for other agencies.

The Role

As our AI Workflow Strategist, you'll work directly with the founder to:

• Architect and implement scalable AI workflows for PR tasks (media pitching, monitoring, reporting, content creation, etc.)
• Identify best-fit tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Coda, etc.)
• Translate repetitive PR tasks into automated systems
• Create plug-and-play templates and SOPs for agency owners
• Consult on client-specific AI solutions for Done-for-You services

What You'll Work On

• Automating pitch generation and A/B subject testing
• Auto-generating KPI dashboards and coverage reports
• Integrating media monitoring tools with Google Sheets or dashboards
• Building client research automations (journalist bios, sentiment tracking)
• Designing social calendar automation with AI-generated captions
• SOP documentation for internal and external use

Who You Are

• Experienced in automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Notion
• Proficient with ChatGPT / GPT-4 and AI prompt engineering
• Able to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a marketing, media, or PR environment
• Strong communicator with a systems-thinking mindset
• Strong English speaking skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience integrating CRM platforms (Apollo, Instantly.ai)
• Knowledge of PR tools like Cision, Meltwater, Propel, CoverageBook
• Past work with service-based businesses or creative agencies
