JOB SUMMARY: 
We are seeking a dedicated AI Support Specialist (DS Focus) to provide 24/7 operational support for AI/ML systems, focusing on data integrity, model performance, and analytics workflows. This role ensures the smooth functioning of AI models and data pipelines, supports issue resolution, and collaborates with Data Scientists to address operational needs. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Operational Support: 
•    Monitor data pipelines and AI/ML model performance to ensure system reliability and accuracy. 
•    Investigate and resolve data-related issues, including missing data, anomalies, and incorrect configurations. 
•    Support the retraining and tuning of AI models in production based on performance metrics and feedback loops. 
•    Maintain and enforce data governance standards across systems. 
Incident Management: 
•    Serve as the first responder for issues detected through monitoring tools or raised by support tickets. 
•    Escalate critical incidents to senior team members or cross-functional partners when necessary. 
•    Document incident root causes, resolutions, and prevention strategies to improve operational playbooks. 
Collaboration: 
•    Work closely with Data Scientists to align on model retraining schedules, data quality checks, and feature updates. 
•    Collaborate with AI Engineers and MLEs to address production issues that impact data pipelines or model outputs. 
Continuous Improvement: 
•    Contribute to operational playbooks and documentation to improve troubleshooting processes. 
•    Identify and recommend opportunities for automation in data validation and pipeline monitoring workflows. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of experience in data science or analytics roles, ideally with exposure to production environments. 
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data quality checks, and SQL querying. 
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and model performance metrics. 
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana). 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOpstools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker). 
•    Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) for troubleshooting and automation.
