Join our team as an AI Research Analyst and lead the development of innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that drive business impact. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team within the Supply Chain Operations department, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enable employees to collaborate and work effectively. As an AI Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive business results.

AI Scientist, Supply Chain Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of machine learning and artificial intelligence projects that address critical business needs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, software engineers, data engineers, and research scientists to design and implement AI/ML solutions
  • Work closely with a technical program manager to translate business needs into requirements, identify efficiency opportunities, and develop/deploy solutions across functional teams
  • Drive innovation and experimentation in AI/ML technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure AI projects meet the required quality standards, including data quality, model accuracy, and performance metrics
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for existing AI/ML based solutions/services

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in training, fine-tuning, and/or experimenting with foundation models beyond black-box use
  • Experience in ML/AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and large language model
  • Understanding of predictive analytics and algorithms like linear regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.
  • Experience with data cleaning, data preprocessing, and data analysis
  • Experience working and communicating cross functionally in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Meta development environment
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with large scale model training, implementing algorithms, and evaluating systems
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and popular LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, LLAMA, Grok etc.
  • Experience taking ideas from research to production
