Main responsibilities on this position are:

  • Conduct research on AI ethics trends in various countries, particularly in Europe, the United States, and Japan, and develop and implement management strategies based on the findings,
  • Gather information, engage in discussions, and negotiate on AI ethics and foundational model development within the AI Alliance, a communication platform among global companies,
  • Monitor technological trends in AI and analyze their impact on AI ethics trends,
  • Organize AI Ethics Committee meetings several times a year and lead discussions on key issues,
  • Manage daily communication, including gathering feedback and addressing the needs of representatives from various companies and functions within the AI Ethics Committee.


  • Requirements

    • Basic knowledge of AI technology (programming skills are not required),
    • Ability to conduct research and develop strategies concerning legal regulations and government guidelines,
    • Motivation to implement AI ethics principles across the organization.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Basic knowledge of law and intellectual property,
    • Ability to conduct external negotiations.

    Interpersonal Skills:
    • Ease of establishing connections,
    • Respect for others' research and technologies and a continuous desire to learn,
    • Actively proposing necessary actions to adhere to AI ethics principles,
    • Proactivity, independence, and strong motivation to complete tasks.
