Main responsibilities and activities:
The AI Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire data lifecycle, from data collection and preparation to visualization and analysis. This role involves 2 main parts:
Data Management (70 %)
- Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, segregation and security of data across various platforms.
- Data Preparation: Cleaning, transforming, and organizing data for analysis.
- Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data to communicate insights effectively.
- Data Analysis: Conducting detailed analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Working closely with commercial and technical teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- IT Coordination: Liaising with the IT team to ensure data infrastructure supports business requirements.
Innovation and creation (30 %)
- Staying updated with the latest technologies, particularly in AI, and exploring their application to improve data processes.
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to drive technological advancements and foster innovation.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all data-related activities within the organization.
- Develop and implement data management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to identify data needs and deliver solutions that drive business growth.
- Work with the IT team to ensure the data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Conduct thorough data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, and assess their potential impact on data management practices.
Skills & requirements:
- Languages: A written and spoken professional English, any other European language being an asset!
- Educational Background: A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in data management, data preparation, data visualization, and/or data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data analysis software (e.g., Python, R), database management systems (e.g., SQL) and Power platform O365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including commercial, technical, and IT teams.
- Curiosity and Innovation: An open-minded and curious approach to new technologies, particularly AI, and a willingness to explore their application in data management.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
