What You'll Do

Apply AI Models: Implement embedding techniques and prompt engineering to enhance how candidates appear to potential employers and vice versa.
Create Data Pipelines: Design efficient flows that process resumes and job market information through AI systems.
Optimize Conversion Rates: Continuously improve systems to increase the percentage of profiles that receive interview requests.
Iterate on AI Approaches: Test and refine different prompt structures and data transformations to maximize results.
