We are seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master or an Agile Coach to our flagship product development group that will be the pioneer of the agile profession in Windward and help us step up in the way we execute. 

As a subject matter expert you will be in charge of bringing in best practices, shaping the way R&D and product collaborate and execute, fostering continuous improvement processes and riding the exciting wave of enormous technology boost in the genAI era.

In this role, you'll be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, leaders and Product Managers, and collaborate with them in their journey of making the maritime domain safer and the world a better place.

What will you do?

• Guide closely several development teams, driving them toward excellence and self managed delivery
• Facilitate proper dev operations within the organization, instill routines for continuous improvement, impediment handling and more
• Become the evangelist of the agile approach in the organization, specifically focus on empowerment and predictability
• Support the Trading, Shipping and Government organization in taking the next steps in agile assimilation

Requirements

Who are you?

• Experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach 
• Assimilated agile processes in more than one agile technological environment
• Experienced in a technical role, in software development organizations
• Driven to be the first to shape agile methodologies and dev operation approach through leadership without formal authority
• Knowledgeable about agile methodologies, approaches and key values
• Eger to mentor and evangelize breakthrough approaches
• Keen about teams dynamics maturity and building
• Early adopter in your core, best in leveraging new technologies such as GenAI for better results
• Great interpersonal skills
• Creative and initiative
