ABOUT THE ROLE

At Delight, we are redefining how AI & data teams, including data product managers, operate by providing a best-in-class B2B SaaS platform for use case & demand management, data product portfolio steering, and value-based prioritization. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform.

As our Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences. You will also lead and mentor our existing designers and work directly with the engineering team daily. Your work will directly impact our users, helping them manage and unlock the full value of their data products.

What will be your responsibility

• Partner with the CPO to define product concepts and design new product features.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, ensuring seamless design-to-development handoff (via Linear and regular syncs).
• Provide mentorship and guidance to our existing product designer.
• Ensure our design system remains consistent, scalable, and user-friendly - we are currently implementing PrimeVue 4 and Design Tokens.
• Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to refine designs.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on SaaS applications.
• Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design principles.
• Experience writing and managing tickets in Linear.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
• A portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS product design, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
