The Role 🥳

Relevance AI is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences for our complex AI-driven platform. Your primary focus will be on simplifying technical workflows while maintaining the platform’s depth and functionality.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take on end-to-end design responsibilities, from user research and prototyping to delivering final UI mockups. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the user experience of our core products.

• Simplify complex technical workflows for an AI-powered platform while preserving its advanced capabilities.

• Own the design of key product areas, ensuring they are intuitive, functional, and visually compelling.

• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to define and refine AI product experiences.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate user needs into impactful design solutions.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both new product initiatives and continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• Strong UI/UX background with experience in designing for complex platforms (e.g., no-code tools, automation software, or enterprise SaaS).

• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions, from research to final mockups.

• Technical aptitude with an understanding of workflows, system interactions, and AI-powered tools.

• Experience tackling challenging product designs, particularly involving intricate workflows and data visualization.

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to rapid changes.

• Experience working on 0 to 1 product development is a plus.
