Your role at LatticeFlow AI

LatticeFlow AI partners with leading tax, audit and advisory firms as well regional industry-specific specialists. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work in cross-functional teams to understand client requirements for AI regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. You’ll be paired with data scientists to map AI framework controls to data and model validation algorithms which generate technical evidence. Working with client stakeholders you will craft narratives that interpret the evidence and produce summaries to inform executives and prepare risk management departments for compliance audits and risk reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define assessment requirements for internal and third-party AI systems with clients and partners.
• Document business inputs for AI model validation, data governance, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Coordinate with data science and engineering teams to profile AI models.
• Stay updated on AI regulations, ethics, and compliance standards.
• Represent LatticeFlow in workshops and training on AI compliance and risk management.
• Assist in developing proposals and capturing new business opportunities.
• Travel: 30-50% if located near a financial hub; otherwise, 50-70%.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Business Skills: Proven in enterprise risk management and client engagement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MLS, or LLM) preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; self-supervised in the field.
• Desirables: Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and NIST’s AI Risk Management Framework.
