We are looking for a Research Analyst AI in Revenue Operations to support our go-to-market (GTM) teams by managing and enriching lead data from in-person events and conferences, ensuring accurate ICP (ideal customer profile) matching, and streamlining assignments in HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of revenue operations, automation, and GTM strategy.
Your Mission:
- Event Data Management: Own the process of collecting, cleaning, and structuring attendee lists from events and conferences.
- ICP Matching & Assignment: Use data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to match attendees with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and assign them to the right accounts and reps in HubSpot.
- Automation & Enrichment: Support GTM engineering by leveraging tools like Clay, Make, and HubSpot to automate lead enrichment and workflows.
- CRM Optimization: Maintain data quality and integrity and improve automation processes within HubSpot to enhance lead tracking and engagement.
- Account research: Research accounts to identify hard-to automate data such as asset classes, assets under management and/or buying committees.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Solid interest in AI (including some experimentation with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) and its applications in revenue operations, sales automation and GTM strategies.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or exposure through previous working student roles is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bonus: Familiarity with enrichment and automation tools like Clay, Make, or HubSpot.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
- Fluent German and English skills are necessary.
