About the Job 

We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer, to join our Automation & Digital team based in Noida India. 

Roles and responsibilities include: 

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business needs. 
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns. 
• Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation. 
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure performance and accuracy over time. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies, and apply them to improve existing solutions. 
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems. 
• Conduct experiments and perform A/B testing to validate model performance and impact. 
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility. 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices and standards. 

About You: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field. 
• Strong programming skills in Python. 
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. 
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL. 
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and machine learning algorithms. 
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and analytically. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
