Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Adjunct Professor of Artificial Intelligence to join our Executive Education program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields and be passionate about educating senior executives on the transformative potential of AI technologies. This role is crucial in helping business leaders understand and implement AI-driven strategies to foster innovation and maintain competitive advantages. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continually refine course content that covers AI fundamentals, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and their practical applications in business. Ensure the curriculum is both comprehensive and cutting-edge, reflecting the latest trends and advancements in AI. 

• Course Delivery: Lead dynamic and engaging sessions that challenge senior executives and professionals to understand and apply AI technologies within their organizations. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including case studies, hands-on coding labs, simulations, and interactive discussions to ensure practical understanding and application. 

• Strategic Implementation: Guide participants in developing AI-driven strategies tailored to their business contexts. Provide mentorship on how to integrate AI into existing processes, manage AI projects, and address the ethical considerations and potential impacts of AI adoption. 

• Student Assessment: Create and administer assessments, such as projects, case studies, and exams, to evaluate student understanding and application of AI concepts. Offer constructive feedback to help participants refine their skills and apply AI solutions effectively in their organizations. 

• Industry Engagement: Stay at the forefront of AI research and industry trends, continuously integrating new knowledge and tools into the curriculum. Build and maintain relationships with AI experts and industry leaders to bring real-world insights and experiences into the classroom. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Education team to ensure that the AI course aligns with the broader goals of the program and meets the evolving needs of industry professionals. Participate in program reviews, curriculum planning, and other collaborative initiatives to enhance the program’s overall impact. 

Qualifications: 

• Educational Background: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field is required. Advanced certifications in AI or machine learning are an advantage. 

• Professional Experience: Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a proven track record of applying these technologies in a business context. Experience in consulting, leading AI projects, or advising C-suite executives on AI strategy is highly desirable. 

• Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience at the university level, especially within executive education or professional development programs is highly desirable.  

• Communication and Instructional Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to break down complex AI concepts into accessible and actionable insights for a non-technical audience. Strong instructional abilities, including the capacity to engage and inspire a diverse group of senior professionals. 

• Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning. Active participation in AI research communities, professional organizations, or conferences is encouraged. 
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
