Job Description 

As a Data Science Director at Innovation Sprint, you will play a crucial role in unlocking insights from healthcare data. You'll be at the forefront of analyzing data captured by our platform, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of AI functionalities within our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative components that push the boundaries of Digital Therapeutic technologies. 

Requirements

What You’ll Do 

· Drive the continuous design and development of the Behavioural Change lifecycle of Healthentia. 

· Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to improve patient outcomes, optimize healthcare workflows, and enhance the overall performance of Healthentia platform. 

· Collaborate with software engineers, clinicians, and product managers to integrate data-driven insights and AI functionalities into our SaMD. 

· Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. 

· Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and healthcare technology to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities and maintain our competitive edge. 

Qualifications & Skills 

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bio-Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 

· Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning techniques. 

· Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, for data manipulation and analysis. 

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 

· Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Desired Qualifications 

· Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices for handling sensitive medical data. 

· Experience working with healthcare data sets, electronic health records (EHR), or medical imaging data. 

· Proficiency in Power BI. 

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). 

· Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments. 

· Passion for leveraging technology to drive positive impact in healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
