As the Brand Lead at The ePlane Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand presence in the Indian market and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and reflect our company's vision and values. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking, you will be required to lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic brand plans to establish our eVTOL company as a leading player in the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and business development to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Lead brand positioning efforts, refine our unique value proposition and differentiators to effectively communicate our brand story.
Oversee the development & consistently improvise brand assets and creative content, including advertising campaigns, digital content, and promotional creatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, using findings to optimise brand strategy.
Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support brand initiatives, including advertising, PR, and event management.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key metrics and performance indicators to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate a strong brand culture internally, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the brand vision and values, and empowering them to act as brand ambassadors in their respective roles.
Requisites & Preferences-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related educational background. MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the technology or automotive industry.
Creatively-driven and thinks strategically, with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
Vital communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for effective decision-making to achieve short and long-term goals.
Passion for innovation and sustainability, with a genuine interest in the future of urban mobility and eVTOL technology.
