As a smart Brand Associate, you will be instrumental in shaping and promoting our brand identity in the Urban Air Mobility space. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic brand initiatives that showcase our tech, and vision. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our target audience and industry landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies that align with our company's goals.

  • Create engaging and compelling content across various channels, beginning with social media & in-person events and scale to a multi-channel approach to effectively communicate our brand story and key messages.

  • Validate product-market fit and and strategise the best way forward as a growing deep-tech startup

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, events, and promotions, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform brand strategy and messaging.

  • Work closely with the design team to develop visual assets and collateral that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs for brand initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers to amplify our brand reach and establish strategic partnerships.

  • Support internal branding efforts, including employee engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and brand training sessions, to foster a strong brand culture and alignment across the organization.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in branding, marketing, and deep-tech industries, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.

Requisites & Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in deep-tech startups or technology-driven industries. We’re open to having freshers onboard too.

  • Passion for deep-tech startups and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of innovative companies.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design, and the ability to develop compelling content and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, and the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from marketing data.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for driving impact and making a difference.
