Role Overview: Applied Scientist (Machine Learning/AI)
We’re looking for an Applied Scientist passionate about driving real-world impact through AI innovation. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that will revolutionize how immigration documents are prepared. You’ll work closely with the founding team to ensure our platform delivers a superior user experience, using the latest advancements in AI, ML, and large-scale data processing.

What You’ll Do

  • Innovate: Lead the development and deployment of state-of-the-art ML models to streamline immigration document preparation.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and apply AI techniques to enhance our mission.
  • Optimize: Design scalable systems capable of processing large datasets, continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Measure: Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of models and agents, ensuring results align with business goals.
  • Lead: Manage ML models at scale, experimenting with and applying advanced techniques to solve business challenges.
  • Evolve: Build a roadmap for scientific investments, pushing our platform forward in efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in ML: 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, AI Agents and large language models, from concept to production.
  • Startup Ready: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at writing production-level ML code.
  • Innovator: You are driven by curiosity and continuously seek to learn and apply cutting-edge ML methods.
  • Collaborator: You work well in teams and are detail-oriented, with leadership experience in fast-moving projects.
