About Genesys Digital & AI Team
This is an exciting time to be part of Genesys DX Digital & AI Business Unit as we are innovating with speed and scale. You will be a key contributor to create the best cloud-based digital experience (DX) solution focusing on AI and providing an amazing end-to-end experience. As a part of Digital & AI team, you will help us builds Genesys core AI capabilities including Speech Understanding, Natural Language Understanding, and processing, chatbots, voicebots, knowledge surfacing etc., to power the next generation of Genesys products.
About Role
We are looking for problem solvers to help us build next-generation platforms, products, and services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, researchers and product managers on microservices and event-driven architectures. You will have an opportunity to work as a part of the team that does practical research and contributes to the development of new features, identifies technical risks, and finds alternate solutions to various problems.
